Pilates
Pilates is a core based workout that helps to build over all strength, long lean muscle, and flexibility. We offer both private lessons and scheduled group classes in Pilates Reformer, Cardio Jumpboard Pilates, Wunda Chair, Pilates Tower, Mat Pilates, and Foam rolling and Core. Beginner friendly classes available!

Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a low impact class that incorporates traditional yoga poses, deep stretching, core strengthening and full body toning, and inversions all using the aerial hammock.
