Pilates

Pilates is a core based workout that helps to build over all strength, long lean muscle, and flexibility. We offer both private lessons and scheduled group classes in Pilates Reformer, Cardio Jumpboard Pilates, Wunda Chair, Pilates Tower, Mat Pilates, and Foam rolling and Core. Beginner friendly classes available!

Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness is a low impact class that combines aspects of ballet and Pilates. You can expect to get your heart rate up (and work up a major sweat!) while working on full body toning in every Barre class.

Bungee Fitness

Bungee fitness is a high intensity, yet lower impact class that incorporates bungees and harnesses into a calorie blasting cardio workout! (Currently scheduling private groups for bungee. Contact us to schedule your private group today!)

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a low impact class that incorporates traditional yoga poses, deep stretching, core strengthening and full body toning, and inversions all using the aerial hammock.
